We require that all of our employees go through the OSHA training course and earn their certification. We ensure that our employees follow guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Fletes is licensed through the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department in stucco and general contracting. This allows us to pull permits and ensure work is performed correctly through inspections.

Fletes designers and estimators have been trained and received certification in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, & Lumion.

Fletes has been registered with the Better Business Bureau since 2007. We have maintained an A+ rating since registering.

Cesar has three degrees from Pikes Peak State College. Associates of Applied Science - Architectural Engineer Technician, Certificate - Construction Management, Associates of Applied Science - Landscape Architecture.

All Fletes foremen have earned their certification from stucco manufacturers to install their products. They have also been certified to teach how to install products.
